Small Business Coaching

This is our recommended coaching service for all business operators as we explore the "why" you are in business question and develop plans together, to drive you to your business goals. Topics include:
How do you establish or modify your vision, ensure systems remove “road blocks”, create a company culture that drives you to meet your goals, determine the key activities to enable success. Learn what we have learnt. Tap into our collective 100 plus years of experience from struggling start-ups, during which we too had cash flow issues, to successful national operations with life changing profits.

This business coaching option is typically a 2 to 3 day commitment.

1 on 1 Coaching Sessions

Are you looking for someone to help you crystalise your thinking but don't want assistance in establishing a business success framework?

This is typically a meeting at an interval that suits you, but generally no more than one month apart and for a minimum of one hour. Often you will nominate the agenda for the meeting but we find the meetings review the issues that have occurred since the previous meeting, getting updates on projects you are managing, discussing staff, sales and operational matters and "brainstorming" to flesh out ideas.

Sales Coaching, Marketing and Advertising

Most of our coaches have sold a product or service on a commission only basis. Learn the prospecting and sales skills and systems that our coaches have utilised. We will provide advice through to assistance with establishing your own sales process.

Establishment of a Non-Executive Advisory Board

To help keep you focused on your vision you can appoint some of our coaches to act as a Non-Executive Advisory Board.

Our coaches have experience sitting on Boards and we have templated reports ready to be adapted to your unique company needs.

An Advisory Board is your opportunity to meet regularly with people who have experience to navigate the issues you have, keep you focussed on your vision and is a great tool to bring a corporate discipline to your business. In addition our Board members have strategic contacts and tips that will accelerate your growth.

Alternatively, your business coach can act as an ongoing mentor.
